Both teams enter 2026 as middling AFC South sides with overlapping profiles that favor a split in their two-game series. The Colts, projected for roughly eight wins under Shane Steichen and featuring Daniel Jones and Jonathan Taylor, opened with a lopsided loss to Baltimore and rank near the bottom in early defensive metrics. The Titans, under new head coach Robert Saleh and featuring second-year quarterback Cam Ward, also sit at 0-1 after a low-scoring defeat and project for the fewest wins in the division. Their Week 6 and Week 15 matchups occur amid similar talent gaps and inconsistent recent form, producing trader consensus around a tie as the plurality outcome while still assigning the Colts the clearer edge in head-to-head results.
