Spain's status as 2024 European champions and 2026 World Cup winners underpins their narrow lead in the EURO 2028 outright market, bolstered by a deep squad featuring Lamine Yamal and an unbeaten run stretching across major tournaments. France sits close behind thanks to generational talent and attacking options, despite a semifinal exit in the 2026 World Cup, while England benefits from co-host status across venues in England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland—though none receive automatic qualification. Germany, Portugal, and the Netherlands remain competitive on squad depth and recent form, creating tight implied probabilities among the top six. Upcoming 2026-27 Nations League matches and the 2027 qualifying draw will clarify paths, but the even spread reflects broad parity across Europe's elite national teams at this early stage.

If the UEFA EURO 2028 is cancelled, postponed after July 23, 2028, 11:59 PM ET or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from UEFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
