Peangtarn Plipuech holds a 2-0 head-to-head edge over Yidi Yang on hard courts, including straight-set wins in prior ITF encounters, which shapes trader consensus around the Thai veteran’s tactical familiarity and return game. At 33, Plipuech has posted convincing recent results in the Tianjin series, including dominant 6-1 6-0 and 6-4 6-3 victories that highlight efficient serving and break-point conversion on the surface. Yang, ranked around 363-364 and six years younger, enters with stronger year-to-date win percentage but mixed hard-court form, including a first-round exit in the prior Tianjin event. Both players compete in a best-of-three ITF W15 draw on outdoor hard, where Plipuech’s experience at this level and proven matchup edge against Yang remain the dominant factors.
