Dominic Fike’s “Babydoll,” a 2026 release, leads trader sentiment for the #2 Spotify song of the year with its sustained weekly streams near 18 million and cumulative totals exceeding 1.79 billion, outpacing catalog tracks and newer contenders on global charts. Recent weekly data shows it holding strong positions amid competition from Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings” and Tame Impala’s “Loser,” while Djo’s “End of Beginning” benefits from earlier Stranger Things-driven momentum but trails in current velocity. Older hits like Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj’s “Beauty And A Beat” or BTS tracks maintain steady catalog plays yet lack the fresh promotional push. With four months remaining, final streaming trajectories through year-end and any late-year releases will determine whether Babydoll cements its frontrunner status or faces a late surge from emerging singles.
