Earrings by Malcom Todd holds a narrow 53% implied probability as the leading contender for the #2 US Spotify song of 2026, yet dozens of tracks sit clustered near 50%, reflecting a wide-open race with no dominant frontrunner. Traders are pricing in ongoing volatility from weekly chart updates, new album releases, and streaming surges that can rapidly shift positions before year-end. Differentiating factors include current trajectory on the Billboard charts, daily US stream velocity on Spotify, promotional pushes, and competition from established hits versus emerging releases. Older catalog tracks remain at negligible odds below 1%, underscoring how sustained new-music momentum typically decides these year-long rankings. Upcoming data drops through December will likely determine which song pulls ahead.
