Recent forecasts from agencies including the Met Office and regional models indicate a high near 16–17°C for São Paulo on September 13, driven by persistent cloud cover, showers, and southeasterly winds associated with a passing frontal system that limits daytime heating. This cooler pattern, well below the September climatological average of roughly 23°C, supports the market’s clustering of implied probabilities around 16°C and 17°C as the most likely outcomes. Model consensus appears tight on suppressed maxima, though exact peak readings can vary by a degree depending on timing of any breaks in cloud or localized rainfall intensity. Traders will monitor final hourly observations for resolution, with minimal scope for upward revisions given the entrenched moisture and stable atmospheric conditions.
