The Cubs enter the three-game series at Wrigley Field with the NL Central lead at 28-16 and an elite 18-5 home record, while the Brewers sit second at 24-17 behind a deep rotation anchored by Jacob Misiorowski's 2.12 ERA. Chicago recently snapped a four-game skid with strong outings from its bullpen, though its offense has shown inconsistency on the road. Milwaukee arrives after solid recent results, including shutout wins, and maintains strong away splits. Starting-pitcher matchups, such as Shota Imanaga against Misiorowski, and Wrigley's dimensions will likely shape run totals, with both clubs emphasizing bullpen depth and timely hitting in a tight divisional race.
