Andreeva and Shnaider enter the Rome doubles final with strong momentum on clay, having advanced through the draw with victories over pairs including Danilina/Muhammad in the quarterfinals and Hunter/Pegula in the semifinals. The young Russian duo has reached consecutive WTA 1000 doubles finals this spring, showcasing improved net play and consistency suited to the slower surface. Bucsa and Melichar-Martinez, the seventh seeds, secured their spot with a semifinal win over Townsend/Siniakova and bring veteran experience in doubles tactics. The match pits rising form against established pairing chemistry, with recent results and clay-court adaptation likely shaping the outcome on the Centrale court.
