Dominik Palan and Kokoro Isomura meet in the opening round of the ATP Challenger Bengaluru 3 on outdoor hard courts, with both players ranked outside the top 500 and seeking momentum on the secondary tour. Palan, the 25-year-old Czech with a career-high of 280, brings a 1-0 head-to-head edge and slightly stronger recent hard-court results, while the 23-year-old Japanese Isomura, whose peak sits at 424, has shown flashes of improvement through the Indian swing. Neither player has posted dominant form this season, and the evenly matched rankings plus similar win-loss records suggest a competitive contest where serve consistency and return play on the slower Indian hard courts could decide the outcome.
