The Chicago White Sox hold the top spot in the AL Central standings at 62-58 and enter the final six weeks as the division frontrunner based on their .517 winning percentage and 2.5-game cushion. Stronger home results and offensive output have positioned them ahead of the Detroit Tigers (60-61), who show improved run differential and recent momentum. Cleveland Guardians (59-63) and Minnesota Twins (60-63) remain within striking distance but trail in key metrics like home/road splits and current form. The Kansas City Royals sit well back at 49-73. Traders price the race as competitive, with White Sox implied probability reflecting their narrow lead amid a weak division overall and limited separation between the top four clubs.
