The Buffalo Bills' 2-0 start and high-powered offense led by Josh Allen have positioned them as clear favorites to win the 2026 season series against the Miami Dolphins. Buffalo's early dominance, including a 41-31 Week 2 victory over the Lions where Allen threw five touchdowns, underscores their edge in recent form, roster stability under new head coach Joe Brady, and historical command of the AFC East matchup. The Dolphins, at 0-1 with a new regime featuring head coach Jeff Hafley and quarterback Malik Willis, have shown offensive struggles and defensive vulnerabilities in their loss to the 49ers, limiting their path to a series sweep. The elevated tie probability reflects the two-game format and potential for a split, while the Dolphins' low odds highlight the steep challenges in a rebuilding phase against a division-leading opponent with superior recent results and home/road splits in the rivalry.
