Valve's July 2026 update expanded Trade Up Contracts to include souvenir skins from collections, shifting focus to skin quality upgrades rather than sticker mechanics. No official announcements or patch notes have addressed sticker trade-ups, and the developer's deliberate release cadence around major events like the Cologne Major prioritizes core gameplay and inventory stability over new trading features. With only three months until November and ongoing roster/meta adjustments in the competitive scene, traders see limited capacity for such a targeted addition, reflecting the wisdom of crowds in pricing the "No" outcome at 87.5% implied probability.
