Alexander Weis enters the ITF M25 Skopje first-round match on clay as the clear favorite, backed by his ATP ranking near 630 and career-high of 285, along with consistent recent results on the pro circuit. The 29-year-old Italian brings greater match toughness and experience against the 19-year-old Macedonian Amar Huseinovic, who holds a much lower ranking around 3,700 with limited senior results. Home-soil advantage and potential familiarity with the surface could provide Huseinovic a boost in front of local support, though the experience gap typically proves decisive in such ITF encounters. No prior head-to-head exists, and both players face standard clay-court variables like footing and rally tolerance.
