Trader consensus favors Diogo Costa at 56% implied probability for most clean sheets, driven by his stellar 2025/26 club campaign with FC Porto—22 shutouts in recent weeks, nearing the club's single-season record—and Portugal's commanding UEFA qualification run as group winners with Costa as locked-in starter behind Rúben Dias-led defense expected to limit goals in group stage and beyond. A tight cluster at 45-46% for Mohamed El-Shenawy (Egypt's seven clean sheets in CAF qualifiers), Ørjan Nyland (Norway's four shutouts amid playoff push including Italy upset), Yahia Fofana (Ivory Coast's nine CAF clean sheets), Lawrence Ati-Zigi (Ghana), and others reflects bettors' view of defensive standouts from mid-tier qualifiers likely securing multiple group-stage shutouts, though Portugal's deeper run offers volume edge in the expanded 48-team tournament. No major injury concerns or starter changes reported post-qualifiers.
