Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings” commands an 82% market-implied probability for the #2 US Spotify song of 2026 because of its sustained streaming dominance after a TikTok-driven resurgence. The track, originally from his 2024 mixtape Sweet Boy, exploded in early 2026, hitting #1 on daily US and global Spotify charts in June with over 1.75 million US streams in a single day and securing the top spot on Billboard’s Top Gabb Music Songs chart for August. Its momentum has carried through September, outpacing competitors despite isolated stream adjustments tied to prediction-market activity. Olivia Dean’s “Man I Need” sits at 18% on the strength of consistent international performance and solid US placement, yet trails in overall yearly volume. Older catalog entries and recent releases hold minimal odds, underscoring how late-year viral surges and chart longevity shape year-end Spotify rankings.
