Canadian singles players Félix Auger-Aliassime and Denis Shapovalov pair for doubles at the Libema Open grass-court event in 's-Hertogenbosch, facing the Czech-Austrian team of Petr Nouza and Neil Oberleitner in the round of 16. Both Canadians bring recent grass-court experience from events like Halle, where they combined in doubles during 2025, while the opposing pair competes primarily on the Challenger circuit with limited main-tour exposure. Grass favors serve-volley tactics and strong net play, areas where the higher-ranked Canadians hold an edge in individual power and movement. The surface and quick turnaround from prior tournaments represent key variables for team chemistry and fatigue management heading into potential later rounds.
