Mercedes leads the 2026 Constructors' Championship by 145 points with 503 after 14 rounds, driven by its superior hybrid power unit and chassis package under the new regulations, plus consistent scoring from both cars. Rookie Kimi Antonelli has delivered multiple wins and podiums alongside George Russell, building an insurmountable buffer over Ferrari, McLaren, and Red Bull. Recent results, including Antonelli's Spanish Grand Prix victory, have further entrenched the position. While double reliability failures, widespread safety car chaos, or a dramatic late-season swing could theoretically narrow the gap, the current points margin and remaining schedule make such outcomes highly improbable based on trader consensus reflected in the market pricing.
