The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.**Foreign intervention in Gaza centers on the limited deployment of the International Stabilization Force (ISF) under the U.S.-backed Board of Peace framework established after the October 2025 ceasefire.** Israel’s security cabinet approved a pilot entry of up to 200 personnel from countries including Morocco, Kosovo, Albania, and potentially others in July 2026, subject to prime ministerial approval and coordination with the IDF, which retains control over the Yellow Line buffer zone covering roughly half the territory. Hamas has signaled conditional acceptance of disarmament in exchange for phased Israeli withdrawal, yet Israel maintains that full demilitarization must precede any broader pullback, leading to ongoing targeted strikes and stalled roadmap implementation. Recent months have seen persistent low-level Israeli operations against Hamas infrastructure, fragile aid flows, and no large-scale foreign troop presence beyond the constrained ISF pilot. Key variables for traders include further Israeli cabinet decisions on expanded ISF access, verified Hamas weapons handovers, and any diplomatic breakthroughs or escalations tied to regional diplomacy.
