The inaugural Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C. on the temporary 1.7-mile National Mall street circuit creates an unusually level qualifying field just days before Saturday's session. With no prior lap data available and a mix of high-speed straights along Pennsylvania Avenue plus tight technical sections near the Capitol and monuments, trader consensus reflects broad parity across the 28-driver entry. Experienced street-circuit specialists from Penske, Chip Ganassi Racing, and Arrow McLaren hold marginal edges in setup adaptability and recent form on similar layouts, yet the new track configuration, variable grip levels during practice, and weather variables keep every outcome tightly bunched. This dynamic underscores the wisdom of crowds pricing the pole as highly contested rather than favoring any single driver.

If the Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington is canceled or rescheduled to a date 7 days after the original scheduled date, this market will resolve to "Other."
This market will resolve in favor of the driver who is officially recognized by IndyCar as having set the fastest time during the qualifying session for the Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington. The market will be settled based on IndyCar's official qualifying results, regardless of any subsequent penalties, disqualifications, or changes to the starting grid.
For example, if a driver sets the fastest qualifying time but later receives a grid penalty or is moved down the starting order, the market will still resolve to "Yes" for that driver.
The resolution source will be the official IndyCar website (indycar.com) and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.
