Sarra Attig, the 16-year-old Tunisian junior ranked near 245 in ITF juniors, brings strong recent form on the hard courts of Monastir after qualifier wins in the ongoing W15 event, including straight-set victories over local and regional opponents. This gives her familiarity with conditions, surfaces, and scheduling in her home region. Summer Yardley, the 26-year-old Brit ranked around 1283 on the WTA, offers greater professional experience but enters with a mixed 2026 record across multiple surfaces and locations, including recent grass and hard-court outings. No prior head-to-head exists, so factors like Attig’s home-soil momentum, age-related athletic edge on faster courts, and Yardley’s higher-level match toughness shape trader views on the outcome. Weather or late roster changes remain secondary variables.
