Inter Miami CF leads the 2026 MLS Cup futures market after claiming the 2025 title, bolstered by an offseason roster overhaul that added depth around Lionel Messi and strong early-season results. Los Angeles FC and Vancouver Whitecaps FC sit close behind, reflecting their potent attacking options and consistent regular-season form in the Western Conference. Nashville SC and San Jose Earthquakes have climbed into the top tier through disciplined defending and timely scoring bursts that mirror their current conference positioning. With roughly a dozen teams separated by slim margins in implied probability, the field remains wide open due to MLS parity, variable schedule strength, and the long runway to the playoffs where injuries, midseason transfers, and late momentum shifts often decide the champion.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2026 MLS Cup per the rules of MLS (e.g. they are mathematically eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”.
If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
