Rafael Leão’s stated preference for a new chapter outside Serie A after several strong seasons at AC Milan has fueled speculation, yet the Rossoneri’s consistent €50-60 million valuation and reluctance to accept lower bids or loans have kept staying probabilities at 36.8 percent. Turkish clubs such as Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray have been linked with substantial wage packages, supporting their positions behind Milan, while Premier League sides including Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea plus others like PSG and Al-Hilal register lower implied probabilities amid cooling reports and no confirmed offers exceeding the asking price. The tight clustering across outcomes reflects ongoing uncertainty in the summer window, with contract talks and World Cup timing adding further variables before any resolution.
