Rafael Leão’s public declaration that he seeks a fresh challenge outside Serie A, paired with AC Milan’s willingness to accept offers near €50 million, has created an open transfer race with no dominant suitor. Premier League sides including Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool have scouted the Portuguese winger, while PSG, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Inter Milan remain linked alongside Saudi interest from Al-Hilal. Galatasaray and Fenerbahce have also surfaced in reports, and the broad field of contenders plus an “Other” category keeps implied probabilities clustered near 50 percent. The absence of concrete bids exceeding Milan’s valuation and Leão’s contract running until 2028 sustain the even market distribution across potential destinations.
