Germany enters the 2026 World Cup as the clear favorite to post the highest group-stage goal tally in Group E, with traders pricing in its superior attacking depth featuring players such as Jamal Musiala and Florian Wirtz alongside a historically potent attack. The four-time champions open against debutant Curaçao and face Ecuador and Ivory Coast, sides ranked outside the global top 20 that are expected to concede regularly while offering limited counter-attacking threat. Ecuador and Ivory Coast carry realistic scoring potential through organized play and individual quality, yet their lower ceilings and tougher matchups limit upside relative to Germany. The market reflects broad consensus on Die Mannschaft’s dominance in what is viewed as the group’s most lopsided fixture schedule.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official leader as determined by FIFA World Cup rules. If multiple leaders are announced then this market will resolve to the team that conceded fewer total goals during the group stage. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to the team that is listed first alphabetically.
If the 2026 FIFA World Cup competition is cancelled, postponed after July 11, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
