This market refers to the table tennis match between China and Poland in a WTT event, scheduled for May 4 at 7:30AM ET. This market will resolve to 'China' if China wins against Poland. This market will resolve to 'Poland' if Poland wins against China. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one player advances due to the opponent's retirement, default, or disqualification, this market will resolve to the player who advances. If the match ends in a walkover (player withdraws before the start and the other advances automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.Trader consensus prices China at 50% implied probability in this WTT women's singles matchup against Poland, highlighting a rare competitive balance against China's table tennis hegemony. Poland's Natalia Bajor, ranked around No. 58, has fueled sentiment with dominant 3-0 wins over Spain's Sofia-Xuan Zhang and key contributions in Poland's 3-1 upset of Spain during the ongoing ITTF World Team Championships Finals London 2026 Stage 1B, advancing past Thailand as well. Her aggressive forehand and recent group stage test against China's Wang Yidi at World Cup Macao last month demonstrate upset potential, offsetting China's superior spin variation and footwork. Lineup confirmations or last-minute withdrawals could shift odds decisively.
