The 2026–27 Romanian SuperLiga campaign opens amid widespread squad turnover and coaching shifts, with multiple clubs reinforcing rosters through summer signings and several Portuguese managers arriving. Universitatea Craiova enter as defending champions after their first title since 1991, while Dinamo București, FCSB, Rapid București, and CFR Cluj have all added depth via incoming players to challenge for top positions. The even pricing across contenders reflects traders’ assessment that no side holds a decisive edge this early, given the league’s history of mid-season sales, variable European commitments, and recent promotion of ambitious sides that keep the race for runner-up wide open.
