For the purposes of this market, the Nordic countries are Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden. If no winner is announced by July 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve "Other". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Eurovision (https://eurovision.tv/), including live footage of Eurovision 2026, however a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.Finland’s commanding position in the Eurovision 2026 “Best Nordic Country” market stems from its status as the clear overall frontrunner heading into the Vienna final. The entry “Liekinheitin,” performed by Linda Lampenius and Pete Parkkonen, earned a dominant 75% public vote in the UMK national final and has since topped major fan polls, jury rankings, and bookmakers’ lists. Its distinctive live-violin staging and strong televote appeal have created overwhelming trader consensus that Finland will finish ahead of Denmark, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. An upset would require one of the other Nordic acts to deliver a breakout final performance that overcomes Finland’s current momentum and broad international support.
