Canada holds the strongest implied probability in the 2026 IIHF World Championship market thanks to its unmatched depth of NHL talent and consistent medal contention in recent tournaments. Finland and Switzerland sit close behind, benefiting from recent strong showings in European competitions and Switzerland’s home-ice advantage in the May event. Sweden and the United States follow with solid rosters and historical pedigree, while Czechia’s modest share reflects steady but less dominant form. These probabilities mirror trader consensus on roster quality, recent international results, and the impact of NHL participation rules.
