This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2026 MLB American League East division. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the team whose listed nickname comes first alphabetically. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to be named the 2026 American League East division champion per the rules of the MLB (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”. If the 2026 MLB regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Baseball (https://www.mlb.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.New York Yankees depth and offensive firepower have anchored trader consensus for the 2026 AL East title, reflecting their established core and history of late-season surges. As of mid-May, the Yankees sit at 26-15 and trail only the Rays in the division, supported by strong run production and a rotation that includes Gerrit Cole's anticipated contributions. The Tampa Bay Rays, leading the division at 26-13, owe their 24.9 percent implied probability to an elite early rotation featuring a healthy Shane McClanahan and standout work from Drew Rasmussen and Nick Martinez, though roster thinness tempers long-term projections. Baltimore, Toronto, and Boston trail significantly in both standings and market pricing, hampered by sub-.450 records and limited recent momentum that keeps their paths narrow.
