This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2026 MLB American League West division. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the team whose listed nickname comes first alphabetically. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to be named the 2026 American League West division champion per the rules of the MLB (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”. If the 2026 MLB regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Baseball (https://www.mlb.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Seattle Mariners lead trader consensus at 49% implied probability for the 2026 AL West title, reflecting their elite rotation featuring Luis Castillo, Logan Gilbert, and George Kirby, plus a deep bullpen and improving lineup that positions them for a marathon push despite trailing the surprising Oakland Athletics (22-20 leaders) by two games. Texas Rangers sit at 29.5% with a potent core of Corey Seager and Marcus Semien, bolstered by recent roster tweaks amid a tight 21-22 mark (1.5 GB). Athletics' 14.1% share stems from their shocking early surge driven by Aaron Civale and Nick Kurtz, but shortstop Jacob Wilson's recent 10-day IL stint for a dislocated shoulder tempers optimism on their low-payroll sustainability. Houston Astros (5%) and Los Angeles Angels (1.3%) lag with pitching injuries and sub-.400 records, underscoring divisional volatility 44 games in.
