Kyle Schwarber sits second at 7% on the strength of his 35-plus home runs and .900-plus OPS for the Phillies, though lower batting average limits his overall case. Shohei Ohtani trails at 5.5% after five straight prior wins, reflecting a shift in usage or performance. The wide gap reflects Alvarez’s superior combination of average, power, and run production versus power-focused or less consistent alternatives among the field.
