Preseason media days and spring outlooks highlight competitive balance driven by returning quarterback production, roster continuity at several programs, and coaching transitions that have leveled the field. Head-to-head history shows frequent turnover among recent champions, while recruiting rankings and early win-total projections underscore no single team holding a decisive edge in conference play or strength of schedule. Trader consensus captures this parity, with situational factors like home-field splits and late-season momentum likely to decide the outcome.
