Matt Campbell returns as the defending award winner after leading Boston in scoring last summer, while Andrew McAdorey enters his second PLL campaign coming off strong rookie production that has already drawn MVP chatter in preseason outlooks. Jared Bernhardt, Bryan Costabile, Zach Currier, and Shane Knobloch each bring proven goal-scoring, assist totals, and two-way impact that have historically defined award voting. With no single standout separation after the college draft and early training camp reports, traders see comparable paths for any of these players to post the league-leading midfield points, faceoff wins, or defensive contributions needed to claim the honor.
