This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club finishes in last place (20th) in the final standings of the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish in last place in the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season (e.g., they are mathematically guaranteed to finish above 20th), this market will resolve to "No". In the event of a tie for last place, this market will resolve based on the club officially recognized by the Premier League as finishing in 20th place. If multiple clubs are officially recognized as finishing in last place, this market will resolve to the club whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season is cancelled, postponed after June 13, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no last-place club declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from the Premier League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The three newly promoted sides from the Championship—Hull City, Coventry City, and Ipswich Town—lead trader consensus for finishing bottom of the 2026-27 Premier League table, reflecting the well-documented difficulties of adapting to elite-level physicality, fixture congestion, and squad depth. Hull and Coventry sit at the front of the queue in most models and betting markets, driven by their underlying metrics from promotion campaigns and modest summer reinforcement relative to the spending gap with established clubs. Ipswich follows at lower implied odds, while second-season risks for sides like Sunderland add competitive depth without shifting the promoted trio’s dominance. The broad spread across remaining clubs underscores how injuries, managerial transitions, and early results can rapidly reshape the bottom of the table in a 38-game season.
