Napoli holds a two-point lead over Juventus in the Serie A table after 36 matchdays, with 70 points and +18 goal difference positioning them as heavy trader favorites at 80.3% implied probability for second place and Champions League qualification. Their stoppage-time 3-2 loss to Bologna on Monday highlighted recent defensive vulnerabilities in a L-D-W-L-D form run, narrowing the gap as Juventus won to reach 68 points (+29 GD) on a strong W-D-D-W-W streak. AC Milan (67 points, +18 GD) trails closely after dropping points, while Roma (67, +24) and Como (65, +32) lurk but face tougher paths. Matchday 37 pits Napoli at relegation-threatened Pisa, Juventus against Fiorentina, Milan at Genoa, Roma in the Derby della Capitale versus Lazio, and Como hosting Parma—fixtures underscoring Napoli's edge despite momentum shifts.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
