Andy Warhol's “Flowers” is expected to be sold at auction on October 7, 2026. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the final auction sale price paid for Andy Warhol's “Flowers” is greater than or equal to the listed price. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". If no sale is completed, or the sale price is not known definitively, by October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve to "No". This market will resolve based on the final "Lot Sold" price as reported in USD. If the final “Lot Sold” price is reported by Sotheby’s in a different currency, this market will resolve according to the USD value of the sale at the time of final sale. The market will resolve according to the final listed “Lot Sold” price on Sothebys (https://www.sothebys.com/en/buy/auction/2026/contemporary-curated-3).Recent strength in the Warhol market, capped by the record $195 million sale of “Shot Sage Blue Marilyn” at Christie’s on September 17, has lifted trader expectations for the specific “Flowers” canvas heading to Sotheby’s Contemporary Curated sale on October 7. Comparable 1964 Flowers paintings have achieved strong results this year, including a four-foot example realizing $7.43 million and smaller canvases clearing estimates in the low-to-mid seven figures when provenance and scale align. Prints from the series continue trading actively in the mid-five to low-six figures, underscoring sustained collector demand. Resolution hinges on the final hammer price plus buyer’s premium at the upcoming auction, with any late consignment details or broader Pop Art momentum likely to influence final bids.
