To qualify as "featured", the listed artist must be credited on at least one song on the album according to at least one major streaming platform: namely Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, or YouTube Music. If the album fails to release by December 31, 2026, 11:59PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source of this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.Ariana Grande’s April 28 announcement of her eighth studio album Petal, due July 31 via Republic Records and executive-produced by longtime collaborator Ilya Salmanzadeh, has fueled trader speculation on potential featured artists. Building on the momentum from 2024’s Eternal Sunshine, the project’s focus on personal growth leaves room for high-profile pop and R&B crossovers, with market-implied odds currently favoring The Weeknd due to their shared history and fan-driven social buzz around possible returns. No guest spots have been officially confirmed, so probabilities hinge on industry patterns of surprise features, streaming strategy, and last-minute recording updates ahead of the release date.
