This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2026 WNBA regular season with the highest blocks per game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest blocks per game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official WNBA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to WNBA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. If the 2026 WNBA regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 8, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be the WNBA (https://stats.wnba.com/players/traditional/).A'ja Wilson leads WNBA blocks-per-game averages at 2.0 through late August, supported by her 67 total blocks and defensive impact for the Las Vegas Aces, which aligns with her 61% market share as traders weigh her sustained rim protection and minutes. Kiah Stokes sits second at 1.8 blocks per game with 59 total rejections for Golden State, giving her the next-highest implied probability near 40%. Angel Reese, Flau'jae Johnson, Breanna Stewart, and Chelsea Gray trail in the 25-36% range amid solid but lower per-game outputs, while emerging defenders like Shakira Austin and Emily Engstler occupy lower probabilities consistent with their current rankings and playing time. League-wide injury trends have not yet disrupted the top of the defensive leaderboard, though remaining schedule and health developments could still influence final per-game figures.
