Keegan Smith holds the edge in the Bengaluru 2 Challenger final against Philip Sekulic on outdoor hard courts, driven by the American’s higher ranking at 289 and greater experience at age 27. Smith advanced steadily through the draw, including a semifinal victory over Ilya Ivashka, while maintaining consistent baseline play suited to the surface. Sekulic, the 22-year-old Australian ranked 357, has surged with a dominant semifinal run highlighted by a 6-0, 6-2 win over Kriish Tyagi, climbing rankings rapidly this week in pursuit of his first Challenger title. The absence of prior head-to-head meetings leaves the matchup open to momentum shifts, with rest, serving percentages, and break-point conversion likely deciding the outcome on a court favoring aggressive returns.
