Alphabet (GOOGL) shares closed at $338.36 on September 8, 2026, after trading in a $333–$340 range amid modest volume, with premarket indications on September 9 showing some softening. The primary near-term drivers include sustained search traffic growth reported by Bank of America, Alphabet’s planned €13 billion AI infrastructure investment in Finland, and the recent federal court ruling rejecting breakup remedies in the ad-tech case. Q2 results featured a strong revenue beat and Cloud operating margin expansion, though elevated capital spending plans and a pullback from the $408 high have tempered momentum. Analyst consensus remains Strong Buy with average price targets near $422, while the next earnings release is scheduled for late October. Trader positioning for the September 10 close will hinge on overnight macro sentiment and any incremental AI or regulatory updates.

If the two specified prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No".
Closing prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding.
If Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) does not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve 50-50.
For a standard full trading session, the closing price refers to the Pyth "Close" value of the 1-minute candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange.
