The 20-year-old UCLA standout enters with stronger recent results and professional experience, while the 23-year-old Lee advanced via a straight-sets win over Cesar Cruz but faces a sizable ranking gap. Both Americans compete on their preferred surface with no notable injuries reported; Quan’s higher baseline consistency and power typically translate better at this level. The match resolves on completion of best-of-three sets, with surface speed and any early breaks likely shaping momentum.
