Stella Lefty’s “Boston” has locked in dominant trader sentiment at 91.5% implied probability for the Billboard Hot 100’s #2 spot the week of October 3 because the track has held that exact position for multiple weeks behind Ella Langley’s record-setting “Choosin’ Texas.” Its sustained run stems from strong multi-format radio airplay, consistent streaming numbers, and the lingering effects of its TikTok-driven breakout and August album release. Recent country airplay leadership and crossover appeal have kept momentum steady into mid-September. A realistic upset would require a sharp late surge in streams or sales from one of the lower-priced options, such as a new Langley single or a major Taylor Swift or Morgan Wallen push, though current chart data shows little sign of such a shift before the tracking period closes.
