Anduril’s rapid private-market momentum, with secondary marks reaching $107–109 billion by mid-September 2026 after its May Series H at $61 billion, underpins the near-even 51.5% implied probability it will exceed Lockheed Martin’s roughly $123 billion public market cap by year-end. Anduril’s revenue doubled to $2.2 billion in 2025 with strong contract momentum in autonomous systems and AI platforms, contrasting Lockheed’s slower single-digit growth and ~1.6x revenue multiple. The contest remains balanced because Anduril trades privately at elevated multiples while Lockheed benefits from established scale, steady defense spending, and upcoming Q3 results on October 20. Key swing factors include further Anduril funding rounds or IPO signals and any shifts in Pentagon procurement timelines.
