This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 MLS Golden Boot. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLS rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Lionel Messi holds the strongest trader consensus for the 2026 MLS Golden Boot at nearly 49% implied probability due to his track record as defending champion, elite finishing efficiency, and Inter Miami’s consistent chance creation even after the World Cup break. Recent results show him with 12 goals and strong contributions in limited appearances upon return, positioning him ahead of volume leaders despite fewer matches played than some rivals. Petar Musa and Hugo Cuypers sit in the 15-20% range on the back of double-digit tallies and clinical form for FC Dallas and Chicago Fire, while Idan Toklomati, Sam Surridge, and Anders Dreyer draw support from breakout seasons and high shot volumes at their clubs. The market reflects skin-in-the-game assessment of remaining schedule difficulty, injury resilience, and typical late-season surges by established stars versus emerging forwards.
