Vincent Keymer holds the strongest position in trader consensus for the 2026 Super Chess Classic Romania thanks to his recent strong classical form and solid results in the ongoing 10-player round-robin in Bucharest. The 21-year-old German grandmaster recently captured the Grenke Freestyle Open title and has shared the early lead after the first few rounds alongside Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave. Jorden van Foreest and Anish Giri sit just behind in market pricing, reflecting their consistent Grand Chess Tour experience and competitive head-to-head records against the field, while established names like Fabiano Caruana and Wesley So trail slightly despite their higher historical ratings. The tournament’s classical time control and remaining schedule, including key matchups in the second half, continue to shape these implied probabilities as the event progresses.
