Richmond's rebuilding side enters the matchup with significant injury disruptions to emerging talents including Jonty Faull and Josh Smillie, alongside broader roster absences that have limited scoring output and contested ball wins in 2026. Collingwood counters with established midfield depth featuring Nick Daicos and Jordan de Goey, though the Magpies carry their own availability concerns around players like Scott Pendlebury and Brayden Maynard. The even 50% implied probability reflects Richmond's occasional home-ground resilience at the MCG and potential for improved output as the list matures, balanced against Collingwood's historical edge in recent encounters. Key variables that could alter pricing include confirmed returns from the injury list, late changes to the starting 22, or shifts in recent form ahead of finals implications.
