The Billboard Hot 100 race for #2 the week of August 29 remains tightly contested, with trader consensus reflected in the near-even implied probabilities across leading tracks. Stella Lefty’s “Boston” and Ariana Grande’s “hate that i made you love me” currently sit atop the field at 45.5% each, ahead of Morgan Wallen’s “Been By Now” (38%), Olivia Rodrigo’s “Drop Dead” (37.1%), and Ella Langley’s “Be Her” (37%), while Taylor Swift’s “I Knew It, I Knew You” trails at 10%. Streaming velocity, radio adds, and fan-driven sales spikes over the next tracking week will likely decide the outcome, as no single release has yet established a decisive edge in consumption metrics or promotional momentum.
