Alycia Parks enters this Berlin Tennis Open qualifying match on grass as the clear favorite in trader assessments, reflecting her No. 81 ranking, greater WTA experience, and 19-17 record for 2026 compared with Tessa Johanna Brockmann’s No. 282 standing and 9-12 mark. Parks’ height and aggressive serving style align well with the fast surface, building on prior grass results at Wimbledon, while Brockmann, a 20-year-old German wildcard, carries limited professional grass-court exposure and a recent run of inconsistent results. Home support at Steffi Graf Stadion offers Brockmann a potential edge in this first-time matchup, yet the implied probability gap underscores Parks’ superior recent form and physical advantages heading into the grass-court swing.
