Rod Wave’s *Don’t Look Down*, released August 28, anchors the 94% market-implied odds for the Billboard 200 dated around September 12 because his consistent streaming dominance, loyal fanbase, and recent arena-tour momentum are projected to deliver first-week units well ahead of holdovers or lighter September arrivals. Recent charts show similar mid-tier rap/R&B projects holding or repeating at No. 1 when competition is thin, and no major-label blockbuster is slated for the tracking period. Traders price the remaining options at 50% or below because Dolly Parton’s compilation, ENHYPEN’s *THE SIN : BLISS*, Stray Kids’ recent *THIS & THAT*, Olivia Rodrigo’s summer release, Ariana Grande’s *Petal*, and Ella Langley’s *Dandelion* are either off-peak or already declining. An upset would require a surprise late-week drop or unexpectedly soft consumption data that flips the lead in the final Luminate tallies.
