The New York Yankees hold a narrow edge in trader consensus for the MLB team home run crown, reflecting their combination of power depth and schedule position midway through the 2026 season. Washington Nationals lead actual totals with standout contributions from James Wood and C.J. Abrams, yet Yankees sluggers including Ben Rice and a returning Aaron Judge keep the club within range despite fewer total homers to date. Atlanta Braves, Houston Astros, and New York Mets remain competitive through balanced lineups and recent offensive surges, while lower-probability sides like the Colorado Rockies benefit from park factors but trail significantly in aggregate production. With roughly six weeks remaining, roster health, bullpen matchups, and late-season rest dynamics continue to compress probabilities across the top contenders.
