If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one player advances due to the opponent's retirement, default, or disqualification, this market will resolve to the player who advances. If the match ends in a walkover (player withdraws before the start and the other advances automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.Trader consensus reflects a razor-thin 50% implied probability for Miwa Harimoto over world No. 1 Sun Yingsha in this WTT Women's Singles matchup, underscoring the Japanese prodigy’s explosive 2026 form offsetting China’s dominant seed’s historical edge. Harimoto, ITTF No. 5, became the youngest-ever WTT Champions winner in Chongqing last month, edging Kuai Man 4-3 in the final after a strong semifinal run, while Sun notched three consecutive World Cup titles in Macao but exited Chongqing in the quarters to Kuai. Sun leads head-to-head 10-1 with recent straight-set wins in tight rallies, yet Harimoto’s shakehand attack has forced extended games. Yesterday’s 3-1 team win over Ying Han at ITTF World Team Championships London bolsters her momentum; fatigue or minor niggles could sway odds either way absent confirmed injury reports.
